From June 15, 2012 in all Russia IKEA stores are launched which are presenting 46 house hold items formed from recycled plastic, bamboo and are reliable, sturdy and modern. 19 designers were inspired by archive solutions IKEA accumulated over 60 years and launched IKEA PS collection 2012.

Thus, this collection is an old one having a new life created by contemporary furnishings and will definitely find an application in homes, not only today but in the future too. So, IKEA PS (where PS means Post Scriptum) – a series of IKEA, the main idea which, like other IKEA a unique design for each house.

This first collection of this series appeared in 1995. Lisa Nurinder, the author of a bright IKEA PS Design stool in 2012, took the chair for foundation created for IKEA in the 80 years of her father, a designer. It finalized its shape, and chairs became much easier to stack.
