One of the Most Beautiful Water Animals- The Jellyfish

Jellyfish can be found in every ocean, from surface to deep water. Some species of jellyfish also inhabit in freshwater. They are the free-swimming water animals comprising of a gelatinous umbrella-shaped bell and trailing tentacles. The bell of jellyfish helps it to travel in the water and its sticking tentacles are used to capture the prey.

Jellyfish do not have brain still they survive for more than over millions of years. Jellyfish are one of the most colorful and beautiful animal found in the water. They are most commonly found in the coastal zones of the ocean.

 A mosaic jellyfish is one of these most beautiful jellyfish which floats serenely in the waters of the Coral Sea, about 100 nautical miles from Cairns, Australia. Jellyfish are ubiquitous in the Earth’s oceans. They can grow in cold as well as in warm water. Their bodies are about 95% water.

These fish are carnivores’ animals; they eat all tiny animals around them. They sting the small fish using their tentacles and eat those.
