It has been learned that the company has taken this step due to the misuse of the ‘Unlimited Call’ feature.
Reliance Jio’s Priority team confirmed to Telecom Talk that they are limiting the voice call limit to 300 minutes per day for some customers. The team says that some customers are calling more than 10 hours per day with the help of this Unlimited Call feature. It also includes marketing and promotional calls. In this way, these steps have been taken to prevent abuse of every kind. However, the limit has been fixed according to the daily schedule. There is no limit for the week.
