I didn't find the recipe; the numbers mentioned in the comments seem to be for the previous and next frame of food pictures….I think one could make these with brownie batter baked in muffin cups; then make a thinnish green frosting and use a little to "glue" the strawberry to the top of the brownie. Then using a star tip in a decorating bag (or in the corner of a plastic sandwich bag) — number 12-16, pipe stars, pulling each one out from the strawberry. Decorate with red and white candies. The star might be a candy, but I don't know what that would be. Maybe it's a baked sugar cookie of yellow colored dough that is baked and then sugared??? BTW, the center of each berry looks green, b/c the center core is a white spine that doesn't taste very good! If you elect to wash your berries, do it right before using them, as they are like little sponges (as are mushrooms)! Dry them as well as you can ~ …anyone have any other ideas????
Brownie bites topped with a strawberry and covered in delicious frosting to brighten up your holiday party platter.
Recipe Description
Bake your brownies (you’ll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package) in greased mini-muffin tins filled up 3/4 of the way. You’re going to have to shorten the baking time a bit, so just keep your eyes on them as they bake—they’re done when a cake tester comes out clean.
As the brownies are baking and cooling, put together your frosting by combining the butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Dye it green.
Once baked and cooled, secure the strawberries to the brownies with a dab of frosting. Put frosting in a piping bag fit with a small star tip, and cover the entire strawberry by starting at the strawberry, applying a bit of pressure, and pulling away gently to a nice point.
Decorate as desired.

Do you think the star is a Starburst candy reshaped into a star? Only thing I could think of.

I did & still couldn’t get the recipe.
After a bit of searching I found this: http://www.ericasweettooth.com/2010/12/strawberry… but it doesn't say how they found strawberries at Christmastime!
maybe they are in Australia or New Zealand – strawberrys are a very traditional part of christmas in this neck of the woods
Well Done
