It has been reported from the reports that the company is giving voice calls only 300 minutes to a few customers every day. It has been learned that the company has taken this step due to the misuse of the ‘Unlimited Call’ feature.

Reliance Jio’s Priority team confirmed to Telecom Talk that they are limiting the voice call limit to 300 minutes per day for some customers. The team says that some customers are calling more than 10 hours per day with the help of this Unlimited Call feature. It also includes marketing and promotional calls.
